I’m Valeria Viademonte, the founder and Chief Accredited Practising Dietitian of Food Answers.

As a Spanish speaker, I am very understanding of the passion, cultural and social elements to eating food. So we ensure all our accredited dietitians are sensitive to the cultural needs of immigrant Australians.

I also hold many qualifications from Australia and abroad as a Member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and Accredited Nutritionist. These include a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, Bachelor of Nutrition and several specialist courses.

These qualifications have given me a firm foundation, motivation and commitment to help make a positive difference in people’s lives.
